Does the charm come with a tracker?

No. This is the holder only: a silicone case that keeps a tracker securely on your dog's collar. It fits a 32 mm round tracker such as an AirTag®, sold separately.

Which trackers fit?

Round Bluetooth trackers 32 mm across, such as the Apple AirTag®. Other shapes or sizes won't sit properly in the case.

How does the charm system work?

The charm slides onto the collar strap, so it sits flat instead of dangling. Changing shapes takes a second.

Will the charm fit my collar?

The charm fits flat collars up to 25 mm wide. Measure the strap width, not the buckle.

Is it safe for my dog?

It's a collar accessory, not a chew toy. It contains a small part that could be swallowed if it were bitten off, so keep it out of reach when it's not on the collar and replace it if the silicone is torn.

Will it help me find my dog?

AirTag is made by Apple, which designed it to keep track of items, not pets. This holder carries an AirTag on a collar; it does not locate your dog. Locating is down to the tracker and its app, with their usual limits: range, network coverage, battery. Keep your dog microchipped and wearing an ID tag too.

Is it waterproof?

Rain, puddles and the tap are no problem. It isn't a sealed case, so for swims your tracker's own water resistance is what counts.

How do I clean the charm?

A rinse under the tap handles most mud. For a deeper clean use warm water and mild soap, then let it air dry.

Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

We ship from Brussels, Belgium, within 2 working days. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days in Belgium, 2 to 3 in the Netherlands and Luxembourg, 3 to 5 in France and Germany, and 5 to 8 elsewhere in the EU. These times are approximate; small variations can occur on the carrier's side.

How much is shipping?

It depends on the destination and is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over €50 ship free.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Full details are available in our terms of sale.
