Shipping policy

Where we ship

For the moment, we ship Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany. Somewhere else in the EU? Email contact@wherewolf.pet and we'll quote you. 

Orders of €50 or more ship free of charge, anywhere we deliver.

When we dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day go out the same day; otherwise the next working day. 

How long it takes

Delivery estimates are based on the destination and method of shipping used. Usually, the estimated time for delivery is:

• Belgium — 1–2 working days
• Netherlands, Luxembourg — 2–3 working days
• France, Germany — 3–5 working days
• Rest of the EU — 5–8 working days

* These times are approximate. Small variations can occur if something unexpected happens on the carrier's side.

By law you get your order within 30 days of ordering at the latest. If we can't manage that we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay, based on your address. All prices on the site include Belgian VAT.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves us.

If it doesn't arrive

Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed to you, not before — so a parcel lost in transit is our problem, not yours. Email contact@wherewolf.pet and we'll chase the carrier and resend or refund.
